Project Klein Curaçao
From 2023 to 2024, EcoSense managed the Klein Curacao project aimed at developing strategies to protect the island’s natural resources while allowing the sustainable use of this area for visitors and residents of Curaҫao.
EcoSense assembled a consortium of 7 organizations and has written the quotation, lead the RfP trajectory and the negotiations. EcoSense was responsible for all planning, reporting, financial management and day-to-day project management.

Curacao Medical Center: A new hospital for the island of Curacao
From 2018 to 2020 EcoSense provided the Programme Manager for Hospital Nobo Otrobanda Transition Programme. This Transition from SEHOS to CMC on the island of Curacao involved about 1200 persons that started working in a completely new hospital from November 15th, 2019.

JCI@CMC: Joint Commission International implementation and accreditation
