Agile Leadership – Serieus Gaming – Society Level
A new island is recently discovered in the Caribbean. It has all the natural resources and possibilities of all Caribbean islands, but there is one thing special. This island can be moved within the Caribbean Sea.
You are selected as one of the leaders to develop the island.
From round 3 onward you can start the development but in this first round you need to agree on some fundamentals.
Test your Agile Leadership skills in combination with 21st century skills. This Serious Game is developed by Ivo van Dongen (SETAR – Aruba) and Manfred van Veghel (EcoSense – Curacao) as part of their training on Game Based Learning. The game can be played with small groups in a on-site setting. But also has been made available for an on-line setting.
This game is interesting for skill development for Agile Leaders, Agile Teams, Agile Coaches, Managers, Teams, Political Parties, High School Teachers and University and High School students.
